MEDirect Pty Ltd Role Overview MEDirect is building a next-generation Unified Platform that will power the future of medicolegal assessments. As MEDirect transitions into an AI-native organisation, we are seeking a Senior Product & Delivery Manager to take ownership of translating strategy into execution across our core technology platform. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, engineering delivery, and operational execution .
You will work closely with the Co-Founders and Technical Director to shape and deliver the MEDirect platform roadmap, ensuring development efforts focus on initiatives that drive meaningful business impact. You will be responsible for guiding platform capabilities from early concept through to production release , ensuring that the technology ecosystem evolves in a way that improves specialist productivity, strengthens internal operations, and supports MEDirect's growth. Will Own You will own the operational product lifecycle of MEDirect's Unified Platform , which represents the organisation's next-generation technology foundation. The platform consolidates MEDirect's core technology capabilities into a single, integrated system designed to support specialists, referrers,



and internal teams while enabling AI-powered workflows across the business.
Within this platform, you will oversee the development and evolution of several key capability modules, including: Report Studio – the next-generation environment for creating, managing, and generating medico-legal reports Advanced Dashboards – operational intelligence and performance insights for specialists and internal teams Internal Productivity Applications – systems that streamline internal workflows and case management operations AI-enabled workflows and agents – automation capabilities that enhance report generation, document processing, and operational efficiency MEDirect new Unified Platform Your responsibility is to ensure that these capabilities are designed, prioritised, and delivered as part of a cohesive platform architecture , rather than a collection of disconnected features. You will guide initiatives from opportunity identification through to production release , ensuring the platform evolves to improve user experience, increase internal productivity, and support MEDirect's core growth metrics.
How You Will
Work Strategic Collaboration You will work closely with the Co-Founders and Technical Director to align platform development with MEDirect's long-term strategic direction. The role operates as a central coordination point between: business leadership engineering teams UI/UX design internal operational teams
You will translate strategic priorities into clear product initiatives and delivery plans.



Product Discovery and Definition You will partner with leadership and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve the platform.
This includes: synthesising strategic goals and operational needs defining product requirements and user stories mapping user journeys for specialists, referrers, and internal teams ensuring new capabilities improve the usability and performance of the platform Agile Platform Delivery You will lead the execution of the platform roadmap through structured product and delivery practices. Responsibilities include: managing and prioritising the product backlog structuring development work within Jira facilitating sprint planning and retrospectives tracking delivery progress and managing risks coordinating cross-team dependencies
You will ensure development work remains transparent, structured, and aligned with MEDirect's priorities. Quality Assurance and Release Management You will oversee validation processes prior to production release, ensuring that delivered features align with product requirements and user needs.
This includes coordinating: user acceptance testing release readiness post-launch feedback and iteration Success Metrics Success in this role will be measured through a combination of platform delivery performance and business impact . Key indicators include: Platform Roadmap Delivery Consistent execution of priority initiatives across the Unified Platform. Platform Adoption Strong engagement with new platform capabilities by specialists and internal teams.
Booking Conversion Improvement Platform enhancements contributing to increased future assessment bookings. Development Cycle Efficiency Reduced time from concept to production deployment. Product Quality and Stability
