Parts Customer Service Representative
to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment. About the Role
As a Parts Customer Service Representative, you'll be an important part of our Parts Department, supporting customers, trade clients, and our workshop team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting customers over the phone, via email, and at the parts counter
Identifying and supplying vehicle parts and accessories
Processing customer orders and enquiries accurately and efficiently
Supporting workshop technicians with internal parts requirements
Maintaining inventory and stock records
Assisting with stock control and receipting
Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Learning dealership systems and expanding your product knowledge
Delivering a professional customer experience that puts a SMILE in every drive
What We're Looking For
We're more interested in finding the right person to join our team,



Automotive experience is not necessary however would be highly regarded.
You'll be a great fit if you:
Enjoy helping people and delivering exceptional customer service
Have experience in retail, customer service, trade sales, hospitality, administration, or another customer-focused role
Have an interest in vehicles, automotive products, mechanical equipment, or technical products
Are organised and able to manage competing priorities
Have strong computer and administration skills
Communicate confidently and professionally
Take pride in your work and follow through on commitments
Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team
Hold a current driver's licence
Experience working with automotive products, parts, accessories, tools, industrial equipment, trade supplies, or other technical products will be highly regarded.
