Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design development and technical delivery of key projects, ensuring creative and site-specific solutions that meet client aspirations.

Collaborate confidently with cross-disciplinary teams—including architecture, MEP, and client stakeholders to drive cohesive and award-winning proposals.

Oversee and mentor junior designers, fostering a dynamic, knowledge-sharing studio culture focused on design excellence and continuous improvement.

Manage and coordinate Revit documentation, delivering precision, clarity, and sustainability in detailed design packages and tender documents.

Contribute to studio-level design initiatives and maintain the studio's reputation for outstanding quality and innovation.

Act as a key client contact, presenting designs with clarity, confidence, and persuasive storytelling.

Skills & Experience:
n

Proven experience in workplace, retail, public realm, or hospitality sectors, with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design solutions.

Architectural background a bonus
n
Demonstrable leadership in project delivery, with a keen eye for detail and an understanding of technical and buildability constraints.

Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging clients and team members alike.

Experience managing multiple phases of projects, from concept to commissioning, with a cooperative mindset.

Knowledge of relevant software including Enscape, Adobe Suite, and other design tools is desirable.
