Assist with food preparation, including chopping, cutting, and cooking
n
Pack food items according to specific event requirements
n
Ensure all food items are labeled correctly and stored in a safe manner
n
Assist with loading and unloading catering equipment and supplies
n
Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
n
Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines
n
Assist with setting up and cleaning up catering events
n
Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
Previous experience working in a catering environment is preferred
n
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
n
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Ability to lift and carry heavy items
n
Food safety certification is a plus
n
Available to work a 7-day rotating roster (including public holidays, weekends, morning or afternoon shifts)
