As a
Customer Service Coordinator
at our
Edinburgh branch,
you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service and helping them find the right equipment solutions for their projects.
Working closely with branch teams, drivers, account managers and product specialists, you'll play a key role in coordinating equipment hire solutions and ensuring customer needs are met safely, efficiently and professionally. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems and working in a quick-paced environment where no two days are the same, this could be the role for you.
You'll enjoy variety in your role including:
Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email and face-to-face interactions
Creating quotes, processing hire agreements, generating invoices and managing customer orders
Coordinating equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, breakdowns and changeovers
Collaborating with branch and sales teams to deliver the best possible customer outcomes
Supporting branch operations through administration, stocktake activities and asset coordination
Assisting with equipment preparation, loading activities and general branch support when required
Contributing to our Safety First culture and maintaining a safe, clean and organised workplace

What you'll bring to the role
We're looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, enjoys working with people and thrives in a busy environment. You'll also bring:
Previous customer service experience in a customer-facing environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational skills
Proactive approach to problem-solving
Motivation to provide exceptional customer experience
General computer skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
A current Driver's Licence
Experience within equipment hire, construction, trade, logistics or industrial industries will be highly regarded, but not essential
