Permanent full time role as a Team Leader

Salary Range: $70-$72k plus Super
n
Hours: 6am-2.30pm Monday to Thursday and 6am-12pm Fridays

About the role:

The successful candidate will have a background and experience in manufacturing or production preferably in Batching operations within the Food and/or pharmaceutical industry.
n
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small and productive team in a state-of-the-art blending facility. The role will require you to manage your team accurately and efficiently to prepare batches according to production schedules, recipes and quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:
n
n
Possess a manufacturing or production (FMCG) background in Team Leadership
n




Able to drive Production performance and lead a team to succeed
n
Ensure compliance with safety, quality and operational regulations are met
n
Able to develop and mentor a high-performance team
n
Excellent organisational and time management skills essential
n
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
Have excellent troubleshooting skills to ensure the smooth running of the manufacturing batching department
n
A current and valid forklift licence is essential (Reach preferred).
n
