A full-time permanent position has opened with this Australian owned and operated managed services group on-site in Melbourne's south-east suburbs. You will join a close-knit small team providing a range of technical services to a broad range of customers.

Tasks & responsibilities include:
n
n
Provide technical support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
n
Support end-users via phone, email, and remote support tools.
n
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
n
Monitor and manage client environments and perform daily checks & tasks.
n
Assist with Projects, cloud migrations, recent hardware and software installations.
n
Have a deep understanding of MSP tools, remote monitoring, and management platforms.
n
n
Ideally you are a Systems/IT Support Engineer with the following experience:
n
n




Knowledgeable of Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, Exchange and Exchange online.
n
Intune device management and creation of policies + apps
n
Managing Enterprise applications in Entra ID
n
Experience with backup solutions and disaster recovery
n
Experience with WinTel Environments
n
Experience with Virtualisation & Hosted Environments
n
Australian citizenship or permanent residency is essential.
n
