We are looking for an Event
Producer/Production
Manager to work with our team in delivering experiential projects for our clients: from design, production and build, through to installation and reporting. This contract is primarily for a recurring project in the luxury fashion retail space with potential to extend into a long-term role.

The right candidate:
n
Confident in liaising with clients, suppliers and stakeholders to create and implement production plans, timelines and budgets.
n
Has a solid understanding of production processes and logistics.
n
Comfortable in briefing and managing production personnel.
n
Enthusiastic about creative & administrative processes as well as hands‐on work as required.
n
Has a creative flair, eye for detail and a genuine interest in applied arts.
n




Its a dynamic role working in our Tottenham production facility, mixing excellent communication and planning skills with hands‐on processes: the typical day starts with emails, video calls & spreadsheets and finishes with overseeing and assisting the crew on the factory floor.
n
Your background is in one (or many) relevant fields, i.e.: event
planning/management,
set design and production, art direction, experiential marketing, pop-ups/retail, visual merchandising,
entertainment/festivals.
n
Skill expectations:

n
Mandatory: Excel, Powerpoint, Stapler, Hot Glue Gun.
n
Ideal: +Adobe Suite
(Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign),
can reverse a small truck.
n
