We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing business and help shape, secure and deliver major residential and mixed-use projects valued between $100M and $400M.
n
Unlike a traditional Project Manager role, you'll become involved early -working with our leadership team to help convert opportunities into secured projects before leading delivery through to completion.
n
Working across both our own developments and projects for external clients, you'll have genuine end-to-end ownership while delivering landmark projects located across Sydney's CBD and inner-city precincts.

The Opportunity
n
As Project Manager,



you'll play a key role in both winning and delivering work.
n
From supporting bids, delivery strategies and client engagement through to procurement, construction and handover, you'll take ownership of projects from opportunity through to completion.
n
You'll work closely with senior leadership, clients, consultants and site teams to ensure every project is delivered safely, commercially and to the highest standard.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Help convert project opportunities into secured work through planning, client engagement and delivery strategy.
n
Lead the end-to-end delivery of residential and mixed-use developments valued between $100M and $400M.
n
Develop and manage project programmes, procurement strategies and commercial outcomes.
n
Lead and mentor Site Managers, Project Engineers, Contract Administrators and project teams.
n
Coordinate consultants, specialist businesses and external trade partners to achieve seamless project delivery.
n
Manage project risk, quality, safety and programme performance.
n
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
n
Deliver projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
n

About You
n




You'll be an experienced Project Manager with a track record delivering major residential or mixed-use developments.
n
You'll bring:

Experience delivering projects valued between $100M and $400M.
n
Strong commercial, contractual and programme management capability.
n
The ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and build trusted client relationships.
n
A collaborative leadership style with excellent communication skills.
n
A proactive approach and a genuine desire to influence projects from inception through to completion.
