This is an exciting prospect to join a successful business and play an important part in a hands-on Assistant Accountant role combined with process improvement and project work.
Reporting to the Accountant, you will have broad range of responsibilities including:
Manage day-to-day accounts across a portfolio of offices
Accounts payable and receivable
Allocate payments
Daily bank reconciliations
Trust accounting
Support with month end and reporting requirements




Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline workflows
Ad hoc duties as required
Ideal candidate for this role:
4+ years' experience in a Assistant Accountant or similar finance position
Previous experience with trust accounting and a strong understanding of trust accounting requirements
Excellent organisation and time management skills
High level of accuracy and attention
A proactive, self-motivated approach with the confidence to take ownership and identify opportunities for improvement
Previous experience using accounting systems and ERP platforms
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills will be highly regarded
