WHSmith Australia is seeking a full time Cook for Longshot at Wollongong Hospital. The role is based in a hospital cafe with a Monday–Friday daytime roster (6:30am–2:30pm) and a fast-paced environment.
The cook will handle ingredient prep, ensure food safety, HACCP compliance, stock control and cost management, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while delivering excellent service to patients and visitors.
