An established modular construction company is seeking an experienced Services Foreman to coordinate building services across a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial projects. Working across both the manufacturing facility and live project sites, you will ensure all mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire services are installed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project documentation.
The Role
Key responsibilities will include:
Coordinating all mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire services
Supervising services subcontractors across factory and site installations
Reviewing drawings, specifications and services coordination requirements
Identifying and resolving clashes before modules reach site
Monitoring installation quality, programme and safety compliance
Coordinating testing, commissioning and project handover
Working closely with project managers, supervisors and production teams




Ensuring services are completed in accordance with relevant codes and standards
About You
To be successful, you will ideally have:
Experience supervising building services on commercial or industrial projects
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire services
Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing installation programmes
The ability to read and interpret services drawings and specifications
Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
Modular or off-site construction experience is advantageous but not essential
Relevant trade background and construction industry qualifications
