Xero is seeking a People Insights Manager to be the analytical partner to HR leadership, turning Workday and survey data into transparent recommendations that shape workforce planning, engagement and risk management.

You'll sit within the G&A; Data & Analytics function, building a single, trusted view of Operational Health across headcount, attrition, mobility and engagement, while remaining hands-on with data models and modern cloud platforms.
