Our client is a well-established, owner-operated Australian manufacturer and distributor of high-performance lubricants based in
Mt Kuring-gai
.
Due to continued business growth, they are looking for an experienced
Warehouse Operator / Forklift Driver
to join their friendly team.
This position is initially offered on a
casual basis working full time hours, 5 days per week
, with the opportunity to become a
permanent position for the right person
.
We're looking for someone who enjoys being part of a small team, takes pride in their work and is happy to pitch in wherever needed.
This is a hands-on warehouse position involving regular manual handling, so you will need to be
physically fit and comfortable lifting and moving heavy loads
.
Your duties will include:
Operating the packaging line
Loading and unloading containers
Operating a forklift
Picking and packing customer orders




Receiving and checking incoming stock
Preparing orders for dispatch
Preparing dispatch documentation
Coordinating freight and deliveries
Maintaining a safe, clean and organised warehouse
To be successful you will need:
A
current forklift licence
Previous warehouse experience
Experience loading and unloading goods
Good attention to detail
A reliable work ethic and positive attitude
The ability to work effectively as part of a small team
Valuable physical fitness and the ability to undertake regular manual handling
Reliable availability Monday to Friday
Location
The warehouse is conveniently located in
Mt Kuring-gai
and is accessible by public transport.
