About the role
We're looking for an experienced, full-time Credit Analyst to join our team and support our brokers in structuring and preparing high-quality loan applications for our clients. Reporting directly to founder Natasha Bustescu, you'll be a key part of our lending process, working closely with brokers, lenders, and clients to ensure applications are accurate, well-prepared, and move smoothly from submission through to settlement.
Key responsibilities
Assess and analyse client financial information to determine borrowing capacity and loan suitability
Prepare and structure loan applications for submission to a panel of lenders
Liaise with lenders to track application progress, resolve queries, and manage conditional approvals through to settlement
Review supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness in line with lender and compliance requirements




Work closely with brokers to identify the right loan products and structures for each client's circumstances
Keep up to date with lender policy changes, credit guidelines, and market conditions
Maintain accurate records in our CRM and support smooth handover between application stages
About you
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Credit Analyst, Loan Processor, or similar role within mortgage broking, banking, or finance
Solid understanding of lending criteria, credit policy, and the home loan application process
Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and comfort working in a small team where you can make an impact
Experience with MyCRM highly regarded
Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking required
