Saluti Springlake trading as The Boardwalk Pizzeria in Caroline Springs is seeking an Experienced Chef with Italian cuisine background. You will play a vital role in the restaurant' success by delivering high quality dishes to our guests, maintaining high and consistent food standards, and demonstrating your ability to work independently within a team.

The right candidate will work with the Kitchen team, and must be able to work on weekends and nights, on Full Time basis.
n
A suitable candidate would also have:
n
minimum 2 years of experience
n
fully qualified as a Chef
n
a positive attitude with proactive manner and passionate
n
knowledge of Italian cuisine
n
able to work under pressure on busy nights
n




leadership and positive communication skills
n
Your tasks and responsibilities would include:
n
maintaining highest attention to detail at all stages of the cooking process.
n
provide excellence in food preparation standards, quality, and presentation of final product.
n
assist head chef with menu development.
n
supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff in accordance with standard operating procedures.
n
maintain a high level of cleanliness and organisation.
