We currently have an opportunity for an Associate to join oneAustralia's leading litigation practices, with a robust focus onfranchising and consumer markets, including some government work. As pivotal member of the team, you will be working on substantiallarge-scale commercial litigation matters including class-actions,and be working with some of the worlds' best known brands spanningthe consumer, retail, automotive and leisure sectors.

Responsibilities

Manage a broad range of large scale commercial litigationmatters with some of the worlds' premier brands
n
Draft correspondence and evidence, run
interlocutoryapplications
and trials
n
Assist with briefing and instructing counsel and liaisingdirectly with clients
n
Mentor Graduates and Summer Clerks
n
Assist with Business Development initiatives
n
n
Requirements
n
n
1+ years PQE
n
A strong desire to work on complex, high profilelitigation
n
Excellent written, drafting and verbal
communicationskills
n
n
