An exciting prospect for an experienced Paraplanning Manager to take the lead in a growing financial planning team based in Hawthorn.

This role is ideal for a highly experienced paraplanner who enjoys mentoring, managing workflow and supporting a high-performing team, including an offshore paraplanning function.

The Role:

You will be responsible for overseeing paraplanning workflow across the wider financial planning team while providing guidance, mentoring and support to the offshore paraplanning team.
n
About You:
n
n
7+ years' experience in paraplanning
n
Previous management or team leadership experience
n
Proven experience working with and managing an offshore paraplanning team
n
Strong understanding of financial planning processes and compliance
n
Excellent organisational and workflow management skills
n
Confident communicator with the ability to mentor and develop others
n
n
