The Administration Officer provides professional administrative and front-of-house support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the headspace centre. Working closely with the team, this role supports efficient service delivery and helps meet the operational needs of the organisation. The position also provides welcoming and responsive customer service to young people, families, friends and service providers by phone and at reception.
This a fixed-term opportunity currently available until 31 December ****, with the potential for extension. The position is part-time and will initially work Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Skills & Experience
Relevant qualifications in administration and or a combination of relevant training and experience in a similar role
Strong organisational skills including the ability to prioritise work,



manage multiple tasks and competing priorities and meet deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience in delivering high-quality customer service in a front-of-house or consumer-facing role
Ability to engage effectively and respectfully with a wide diversity of people, including those experiencing mental health difficulties or distress
