About The Role /n
You will support older Australians to maintain their independence and quality of life by assisting with:
/n
/n
- Domestic assistance (this is often the largest part of your day)
/n
- Personal care
/n
- Meal preparation
/n
- Transport to appointments
/n
- Shopping and errands
/n
- Community participation
/n
- Social support and companionship
/n
/n
You will work directly in clients' homes and communities, supporting them to achieve the goals that matter most to them.

We'd Love To Hear From You If You Have /n

- At least 2 years' experience in aged care, home care or community care
/n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
/n
- A caring and person-centred approach
/n
- Excellent time management and reliability
/n
- A genuine passion for supporting older Australians
/n
Essential Requirements /n

- Current Driver Licence
/n
- Reliable and insured vehicle
/n
- Current First Aid & CPR
/n
- National Police Check
/n
- NDIS Worker's Check
/n
- Australian working rights
/n
