The Opportunity

St Francis Catholic College is seeking passionate educators for middle leadership positions in Curriculum and Pastoral Care, to join our vibrant team. These unique roles will initially offer support across both Primary and Secondary and suit school leaders with the capacity to work in a Prep-10 space.

As the College grows to our full scale (P-12), the scope of the roles may be refined to accommodate the changing needs of our unique context.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team of professionals and make a purposeful impact in bringing the vision of St Francis Catholic College into reality. You will play a key role in creating protected, inclusive, and intellectually stimulating learning environments, leveraging state-of-the-art facilities and resources to enhance student engagement and deepening understanding across a range of concepts.

You will assist the Principal by:





- providing leadership and coordination in a specific area of delegated responsibility
- emphasising the centrality of teaching and learning in the life and work of the College
- providing leadership in any other areas delegated by the Principal
