Looking for a rewarding role where your work genuinely makes a difference every day? Cater Care is seeking a Catering Assistant to join our friendly team at our aged care residence in Pittsworth.

/n

In this role, you’ll help bring comfort and enjoyment to residents through quality meals, friendly service, and a clean, welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities /n

/n

- Preparing, plating, and supporting the delivery of fresh meals, including texture-modified meals

/n

- Serving meals and trays to residents with care while supporting meal service periods and restocking supplies Maintaining a clean,



safe kitchen and dining workplace through dishwashing and general cleaning

/n

- Following food safety, hygiene, and infection control standards at all times

/n

- Working effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a supportive team

/n

About You Desired Skills and Experience /n

/n

- Experience in kitchens, food preparation or customer service

/n

- Previous aged care experience is a bonus, not essential

/n

- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

/n

- Strong attention to cleanliness and presentation

/n

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

/n

Prior to commencement, all successful candidates must have a current year Flu Vaccination and undertake a National Criminal History Check.
