Job Description

Our client Mr Jack Demolition Pty Ltd is looking for a full-time qualified Demolition Project Administrator to join their Gold Coast team. Qualifications / Experience required: You must hold either an Associate Degree, Diploma or Advanced Diploma and have at least 3 years full time work experience to be considered for the role. Responsibilities include the following:

- Liaison with Senior Management regarding contracts, project and service schedules and the implementation of authorised changes in relation to Mr Jack Demolition projects.
- Development, review and managing of variations to contracts, projects and scheduled services for all projects.
- Resolving and responding to issues and enquiries regarding contracts,



projects and scheduled services.
- Administration management of all facets relating to contracts, projects and services provided by Mr Jack Demolition.
- Review and monitor project goals in liaison with all stakeholders.
- Overseeing contractors work and report on any variations and provide advice to senior management.
- Preparation and review of reports and submissions relating to projects.
- Project data collection and analysis relating to projects

Remuneration on offer between $80K to $95K p.a. plus super depending on experience.
