We are seeking a passionate and skilled Special Class teacher to join our team at Wirreanda Secondary School, located in Morphett Vale, South Australia. At Wirreanda Secondary School, we are committed to maintaining high expectations while providing strong support systems for both students and staff. As a Special Class Teacher at Wirreanda Secondary School, the successful applicant will be required to work collaboratively with leaders, colleagues, support staff, families and external agencies to foster a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment for students with disabilities and additional learning needs. Robust knowledge and belief in Positive Behaviours for Learning, trauma informed practice and restorative practice is required and underpins all aspects of teaching, learning and student support.
The successful applicant will provide high-quality teaching and learning, catering to a diverse class context. The role requires planning, delivering and reviewing differentiated curriculum to support students' academic, social and emotional development, including the development,



implementation and review of One Plans to address identified learning and social/emotional goals.
