About the Role

As our WHS Business Partner, you'll support a portfolio of residential aged care homes across Greater Brisbane, partnering with leaders to create secure,



compliant and high-performing workplaces. You'll provide practical WHS advice, strengthen safety capability, support injury management and drive continuous improvement across the region.

What You'll Bring

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a WHS advisory or business partnering role
- Certificate IV in WHS/OHS (Diploma or higher highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation, risk management and incident investigation
- Experience delivering WHS and injury management initiatives across multiple sites
- Ability to coach, influence and build trusted relationships with operational leaders
- Current driver's licence with capacity for regular travel across the Greater Brisbane portfolio
