Yass District Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its Emergency Department on a 7-week contract from 22 September to 8 November 2026. Preferred Requirements





- Demonstrated experience working in an Emergency Department setting
- Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification
- Competence in triage assessment and patient prioritisation
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong clinical communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Post-graduate qualification or experience in Emergency Nursing
- Additional certifications in trauma or acute care nursing
