We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing, brand and lead-generation activity for a highly regarded and well-established WA residential builder. With a strong pipeline of projects, a long-standing presence in the WA building industry and a reputation for quality, the business has also been recognised through numerous industry awards.

You will be responsible for:
This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with senior leadership and sales teams to develop and deliver marketing strategies that generate quality enquiries and support business growth.

- Developing and delivering marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Managing the marketing budget and measuring campaign performance
- Managing external agencies, suppliers and marketing partners.
- Supporting broader business marketing initiative
- Working with sales teams to track leads, enquiries and conversions
- Managing brand, digital, website and social media activity
- Coordinating display home marketing,



events and promotional activity
- Leading and supporting a Social Media & Marketing Assistant

About You We're looking for someone with:

- Experience in residential construction, property or a related industry will be highly regarded
- Proven marketing and brand management experience
- Experience developing and delivering successful campaigns
- An understanding of lead generation and sales conversion
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, organised and hands-on approach
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Commerce or a related discipline
