Your New Role

Sacred Heart Mission is growing. We want to expand into current services and geographies to serve more people and communities. We have a bold vision and clear growth directions – now we need a senior leader who can turn our strategy into action.

As Head of Strategy, you’ll work closely with our CEO, executive team, board and front-line leaders to land new opportunities and build value-aligned partnerships.

For this role, you'll bring a passion for social justice that has shaped a career focused on addressing the structural causes of disadvantage. Through your previous leadership roles, you've developed a strong strategic mindset while staying grounded in lived experience voice.

At the heart of your work is a belief in the power of relationships. You enjoy bringing diverse perspectives together and are experienced in building trusted partnerships to achieve better outcomes for people.

You Can Look Forward To

- This is a full time, 3 year contract position.
- Base salary is approx $150K plus super, depending on experience
