Full-Time Veterinary Nurse - Albany Creek Veterinary Surgery /n

Albany Creek Veterinary Surgery is looking for a passionate and experienced Full-Time Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly team!

About the role /n

This is a varied and rewarding role within a busy, skilled veterinary practice. You'll work closely with our veterinarians and nursing team to provide excellent care to our patients and their families.

/n

/n

- Providing high-quality nursing and inpatient care

/n

- Surgical preparation and anaesthetic monitoring

/n

- Assisting veterinarians with consultations, procedures and treatments

/n

- Administering medications and treatments

/n

- Pathology, IV catheter placement and fluid therapy

/n

- Patient monitoring and recovery

/n

- Maintaining accurate patient records and high standards of hygiene

/n

/n

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their nursing skills, is comfortable working in a busy environment and genuinely cares about the wellbeing of both patients and clients.

About you /n

You will ideally be:

- Certificate IV qualified in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)

/n





- Experienced and confident in clinical nursing and anaesthesia

/n

- Compassionate, reliable and professional

/n

- A strong communicator and team player

/n

- Organised, proactive and able to work independently

/n

- Passionate about patient care and continued professional development

/n
