We/'re looking for a high-performing Assistant Restaurant Manager who is ready to take ownership, lead from the front and play a key role in the success of our restaurant.

Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you/'ll be part of the leadership team responsible for delivering outstanding restaurant operations. You/'ll lead busy services, recruit and develop our crew and Shift Leaders, drive performance, contribute to managing the overall resturant finacials, ensure compliance across food and people safety and help create a culture where people enjoy coming to work and guests love coming back.

/nWhat You/'ll Be Responsible For /n

- Leading the restaurant through busy service periods and setting the standard on shift

/n
/n

- Coaching, training and developing Crew and Shift Leaders

/n
/n

- Creating an energetic, positive and high-performing team culture

/n
/n

- Delivering an exceptional guest experience every day

/n
/n

- Driving operational KPIs across service, quality, sales, labour and food costs

/n
/n

- Supporting rostering, recruitment and people management

/n
/n

- Managing inventory, ordering, stock control and restaurant financial performance

/n
/n

- Maintaining GYG/'s high standards across food quality, safety and restaurant presentation

/n
/n

- Working alongside the Restaurant Manager to identify opportunities and continuously improve restaurant performance

/n

/n

/n

/n

- Solid leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality, retail or customer-focused environment

/n
/n

- Confidence leading and motivating a team during high-volume periods

/n
/n

- A proven ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences

/n
/n

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

/n
/n

- Experience working with and improving operational KPIs

/n
/n

- The ability to coach people, provide feedback and build capable teams

/n
/n

- A hands-on leadership style — you/'re comfortable leading from the floor and setting the standard yourself

/n

- A positive, accountable and solutions-focused approach

/n

/n

/n

/n

Previous quick-service restaurant experience is valuable, but great leadership matters more to us than where you/'ve worked before.
