ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Drill and Blast Foreman at Norton Gold Fields, you will lead and coordinate daily drill and blast operations across our open pit, driving safety, productivity and continuous improvement while managing and developing a high-performing team.

ABOUT YOU

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in drill & blast and 2 years of leadership experience (Essential).
- Statutory 26 Supervisor qualification or in the process of acquiring one (Essential).
- Current, unrestricted Western Australian Class "C" Driver's Licence (Essential).
- Proficient with IT and/or Engineering project methodologies (Desirable).
- Relevant Tertiary or TAFE qualifications (Desirable).
- Comfortable communicating at all levels from operators through to management and chairing meetings.
- Good understanding of the following machines:
- Atlas T45 , D65 and L7 blast hole drill rigs
