Your Role /n

You’ll play a key role in creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests – from fine dining to casual cafes, weddings to large events. Whether you’re a newly qualified Chef or a seasoned professional, there's a place for you in our dynamic and supportive kitchen brigades.

- Mentor junior team members and share your culinary knowledge.

What We’re Looking For /n

You’re a passionate chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in your craft. You value teamwork, quality, and guest satisfaction above all.

To be successful, you will need: /n

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum).

/n

- Relevant experience in a commercial kitchen.

/n

- Strong organisational and communication skills.

/n

- A proactive attitude and passion for culinary innovation.

/n

- Valid working rights in Australia (minimum 6 months).

/n

- Open Australian driver licence (manual preferred for some roles).

/n

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
