We have a Permanent Part-time position open in our Home and Community support team, providing personal care assistance for our clients across the Pinjarra Hills, Indooroopilly, Kenmore, Moggill and surroundings.

/n

As a valued member of our community aged care team, you’ll provide personal care and support that helps older Australians live independently in their own homes. You’ll be backed by a passionate, experienced team who are dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care – and who will support you every step of the way.

About the role /n

Our Home Care Workers support our clients with personalised services and meaningful activities that promote their health, happiness, independence, and individual lifestyle choices. These include:

/n

- Personal care assistance, such as showering and personal hygiene needs

/n

- Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, shopping, house cleaning and meal preparation)

/n

- Social connection and companionship

/n

What do we need from you? /n

/n





- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging) or equivalent qualification.

/n

- Australian Driver licence and Own vehicle

/n

- Current First Aid & CPR

/n

- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)

/n

- Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)

/n

- Experience in care role highly regarded

/n
