Open 7 days a week, 365 days a year from 7am to 10pm, our centres are supported by a diverse team of healthcare professionals, alongside skilled administrative and nursing staff.

About the Role /n

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Medical Centre Receptionists to join our team at Our Medical Annerley .

/n

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and efficient front-of-house experience. You will also provide essential administrative support to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the medical centre.

/n

Key Responsibilities /n

- Provide a professional and welcoming reception experience for all patients and visitors

/n





- Support patient check-ins via the Our Medical app and other general enquiries

/n

- Support healthcare professionals to ensure efficient patient flow

/n

- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks as required

/n

- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception workplace

/n

About You /n

You are a proactive and service-driven professional who enjoys working with people and thrives in a busy environment. You take pride in delivering a high standard of customer service and contributing to a positive team culture.

/n

You will have:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role

/n

- Experience in a medical centre or general practice environment (preferred)

/n

- Strong customer service and communication skills

/n

- High attention to detail and ability to work independently

/n

- Proficient computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

/n

- Flexibility to work morning, evening and weekend shifts

/n
