- Recording and following up attendance at the St Paul’s campus.

- Reception Duties for visitors and those calling the College.

- Provide Services for students at their Reception Desk.

Expectations of Successful Applicant: /n

- Must maintain a current Working with Children Check and National Police Certificate.
/n
- Previous experience in a similar receptionist role.
/n
- An understanding of child safety and a school’s obligations concerning child safety.
/n
- An ability to demonstrate an understanding of appropriate behaviours when engaging with children.
/n
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
/n
- The ability to work within a team.
/n
- A willingness to accept policy directives.
/n
- Commitment to Catholic education in the Marianist tradition.
