As a Retail Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading, coaching, and developing your team. Through on-the-floor leadership, real-time feedback, and tailored coaching conversations, you will inspire your team to

/n deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving strong commercial results. You lead by example, fostering a culture of accountability, artistry, and continuous growth.

You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training, including skill certifications, to support your success and development in the role.

Qualifications /n

Role Requirements

- Lead by example and coach the team to facilitate exceptional, personalized customer service by providing tailored makeup solutions through solid consultation skills

/n

- Driving the team to achieve KPI's and sales targets through coaching conversations, business maths, and on the floor observation, while driving retail events and theme days

/n

- Leading by example with impeccable 100% M.A.C black professional, polished grooming and providing feedback to team to uphold standards.

/n

- Confidently wear and demonstrate diverse makeup looks + ensure the team are following suit.

/n

- Ensure you & your team are attending mandatory paid training sessions (virtual and in-person; travel may be required)

/n

/n

What We're Looking For

- The ability to lead a team with elevated examples of customer service, grooming, and KPI attainment.

/n

- Strong makeup skills (self-taught or accredited) - portfolio or examples required

/n

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

/n

- Team player with a positive attitude

/n

- Open to feedback and committed to professional growth

/n

- Flexible availability including late nights and weekends

/n

- Ability to travel to other locations when required

/n

- Impeccably groomed

/n

- Ability to provide see it say it feedback.
