Working closely with our Customer Teams, Category, Field Sales and external agency partners, you'll be at the heart of planning, coordinating and optimising field activity to ensure our commercial priorities come to life where it matters most: in store.

A Day in the life…

As our Field Planning Specialist, you'll:

- Develop and manage field sales activity plans that align commercial priorities with field capacity and service level agreements.
- Coordinate and communicate cycle workplans, promotional activations, and execution priorities across multiple stakeholders.
- Analyse performance data and deliver actionable insights that drive execution excellence and business growth.
- Produce and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting on key sales metrics including compliance, displays, planograms, presell activity and trade standards.
- Own key field sales databases and planning tools, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
- Lead regular stakeholder review meetings and provide recommendations to improve field effectiveness and return on investment.
- Partner with Customer, Category and Field Sales teams to ensure successful activation and continuous improvement.

You are a commercially savvy problem solver who can connect data, planning and execution to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

You'll bring:

- Ideally you will have experience in sales, commercial planning, category, field sales or marketing environments.
- Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills and experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- The ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into clear business recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A highly organised approach with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive mindset, comfortable taking ownership and driving improvements independently.
- Experience working across multiple functions and influencing outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
