Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

- Develop Test Plan, governance model, quality gates, entry/exit criteria and test assurance approach.
- Support planning and execution across system integration, end-to-end, regression, UAT, data migration, security/authorization, performance, cutover rehearsal and post-deployment validation.
- Participate in defect triage and quality reviews; report progress, coverage, defect trends, risks and release readiness to program leadership, with clear go-live recommendations.
- Support cutover, hypercare, knowledge transfer and transition of the regression pack and test operating model to BAU teams.

Required Skills and Experience

- 6+ years of experience in Software Testing with experience in large Workday implementation projects.
- Strong experience in Workday with experience in Payroll, Absence and Scheduling modules. Workday certification in these modules will be a strong advantage.
- Experience in Test Automation on Web and API projects is an advantage with priority for Workday specific automation experience.
- Valuable understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
