WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?

As the Senior Administrative Officer, you will lead and support the administrative team to deliver efficient, accurate and confidential services within the Emergency Department. You will oversee daily operations, set clear priorities and manage workloads, while contributing to recruitment, onboarding and staff development to build a capable and high-performing team.

You will also support financial, procurement and business functions, including budget monitoring, reporting and records management. By driving continuous improvement and streamlining processes, you will enhance service efficiency and quality, while promoting a safe, compliant and inclusive workplace culture.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

You will……….

- Lead and coordinate the delivery of efficient, accurate and confidential administrative services within the Emergency Department
- Supervise, support and develop administrative staff, including workload allocation, recruitment and performance management
- Oversee financial and business functions, including budget monitoring, procurement activities and records management
- Monitor performance, prepare reports and drive continuous improvement through streamlined processes and operational planning
- Promote a safe, compliant and collaborative workplace aligned with organisational policies and standards
