Our client is an established property management business based in West Leederville, offering a supportive environment and a well-structured approach to residential property management. The role provides the opportunity to manage a quality portfolio while benefiting from dedicated support across key administrative and operational functions.

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis. Based in West Leederville, you will be responsible for managing a residential portfolio, maintaining strong relationships with property owners and tenants, and ensuring properties are managed efficiently and in accordance with relevant legislation and company standards.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage a portfolio of approximately 180 properties, with the current portfolio sitting below this level. A number of administrative functions are supported externally, allowing you to focus on relationship management, property management and delivering a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a residential property portfolio and maintain strong owner and tenant relationships
- Coordinate day-to-day property management activities and respond to owner and tenant enquiries
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance and trades as required
- Ensure properties remain compliant with relevant legislation and industry requirements
- Monitor lease agreements, renewals and tenancy matters
- Liaise with owners regarding property performance, maintenance and tenancy matters
- Maintain accurate property records and ensure relevant documentation is up to date




- Meet agreed KPIs and contribute to business performance through the available commission structure
- Provide a high level of customer service to both property owners and tenants

Skills and Experience:

- Previous experience as a Residential Property Manager
- Strong understanding of residential tenancy legislation and property management processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage a residential portfolio effectively
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Property management experience in Western Australia will be highly regarded

What's on Offer:

- Permanent, full-time Monday to Friday position
- $85,000 - $100,000 per annum + super
- Opportunity to earn commissions for achieving KPIs, with bonus payments of up to $15,000
- Approximately one day per week working from home
- kilometre-based car allowance for required travel to properties
- Outsourced PCRs and leasing support
- No trust accounting responsibilities
- Business development activities are managed for you
- Supportive structure allowing you to focus on core property management responsibilities
