Senior Estimator – Commercial Fit Out & Refurbishment

Core Talent is working on behalf of a leading commercial fit out and refurbishment contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Estimator.

This is an opportunity to join one of Sydney's most respected builders, delivering premium workplace, hospitality, retail and government fit out projects valued from $1M to $75M+. The Opportunity

You'll play a key role within a high-performing pre-construction team, taking ownership of the estimating process from enquiry through to tender submission while building robust relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the estimating process from initial enquiry through to tender submission
- Prepare detailed cost plans, BOQs and accurate take-offs
- Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation
- Engage and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Identify commercial risks,



opportunities and value engineering solutions
- Support project teams through tender handover and pre-construction

About You

- Proven experience as a Senior Estimator within commercial fit out or refurbishment
- Strong experience pricing projects across the $1M-$50M+ range
- Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Strong relationships with subcontractors and consultants within the Sydney market
- Experience using CostX, Bluebeam or similar estimating software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead complex tenders
