Your Skills & Experience

- Demonstrated experience managing a team including allocating and monitoring workloads, setting expectations providing directions and feedback addressing performance and operational issues and supporting staff to achieve team objectives.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, manage sensitive or difficult conversations, resolve workplace issues and build positive working relationships with staff and stakeholders.
- High level competence in the use of computer systems, databases, scheduling and timetabling, Microsoft and other applications, and an ability to learn new systems efficiently and effectively.
- Demonstrated high-level organisational and time management skills, verbal and written communication, including an ability to effectively minute meetings and prepare reports.
- Explicit and evident professional boundaries with a commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of prisoner information.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment and provide administrative support to a range of professionals.

Desirable:





- Previous experience working in a correctional or other fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to learn information management systems.
