We are particularly interested in speaking with professionals who have developed their careers within Melbourne's established Tier 1 and Tier 2 construction sector and are accustomed to delivering technically challenging residential towers.

The Opportunities

You will join established construction teams delivering major residential developments, with responsibility for managing complex concrete structures, coordinating subcontractors and driving structural programmes.

These opportunities offer exposure to substantial residential projects, experienced construction leadership and sophisticated project delivery systems.

Your responsibilities will include managing formwork, reinforcement, post-tensioning and concrete subcontractors, coordinating complex structural sequences, managing short-term programmes and maintaining exceptional safety and quality standards.

About You





- Extensive Structures Foreman experience on medium to high-rise residential developments.

- A strong background working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 principal contractor or established developer-builder.

- Excellent technical understanding of concrete structures, construction methodology and structural sequencing.

- Proven ability to lead subcontractors and deliver demanding construction programmes.

- Strong employment tenure and a demonstrated history of successful project delivery.

- Excellent skilled references and strong leadership qualities.

- Willingness to relocate to South East Queensland.
