The Role
We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Boutique Director to lead a high-performing team based in Chadstone Shopping Centre. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance, developing and coaching your team, cultivating VIP client relationships, and ensuring every aspect of the boutique reflects the brand's world-class standards.

Skills and Experience

- Proven experience managing a luxury retail boutique or premium retail environment




- Exceptional leadership, coaching and people management skills
- Strong track record of delivering sales growth and achieving KPIs
- Demonstrated experience working with VIP clientele and clienteling strategies
- Highly polished communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Passion for luxury retail, craftsmanship and exceptional customer experiences
