We’re a friendly and growing private physiotherapy clinic, recently taken over by dynamic new management and now operating from a custom-built, modern space. As our client list expands, we’re looking for a warm, confident, and capable Receptionist to become the face of the clinic and help us deliver exceptional client experiences.

ABOUT THE ROLE

- Casual position (around 28 hours over 3.5 days to begin), with the potential to progress to permanent part time

- Key point of contact for clients – both on the phone and in person

- Handling appointments, client records, payments, and general admin tasks

- Opening and closing the clinic confidently and independently

- Keeping the clinic clean and tidy

- Providing backup coverage when teammates are on leave or unwell

- Evenings are a requirement

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- A professional phone manner and natural ease in client-facing roles

- Strong computer skills and adaptability to digital and AI driven systems





- A client-centred approach – your warmth and attentiveness make people feel at ease

- A persuasive yet comforting manner

- Ability to multitask in a busy, growing healthcare environment

- Flexibility in work hours – especially valued during staff leave periods

BONUS POINTS FOR

- Familiarity with Cliniko or similar health practice management software

- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)

- Experience with Slack and other workplace collaboration tools
