About the role
Plan, organise and coordinate day-to-day administrative functions and office operations to ensure efficient and timely business support. Manage procurement of office supplies, vendor relationships and service contracts to maintain cost-effective operations. Supervise and coordinate administrative staff, including allocating tasks, monitoring performance and providing on-the-job guidance.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, organise and coordinate day-to-day administrative functions and office operations to ensure productive and timely business support
- Manage procurement of office supplies, vendor relationships and service contracts to maintain cost-effective operations
- Supervise and coordinate administrative staff, including allocating tasks, monitoring performance and providing on-the-job guidance
- Develop, implement and review administrative systems, procedures and filing structures to improve workflow efficiency and regulatory compliance
- Prepare correspondence, reports,
meeting minutes and presentations on behalf of management
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for internal meetings, client appointments and company events
- Maintain records management systems including personnel files, financial documentation and compliance registers
- Liaise with external service providers, government agencies and stakeholders to support organisational requirements
About you
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or office management role
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent (desirable)
- Experience with accounting software (Xero, MYOB) desirable
- Australian driver's licence (desirable)
