Autoleague is seeking an experienced and organised Workshop Manager to join our Service team in Perth.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Workshop Controller or automotive workshop professional looking to take the next step into a leadership role with greater responsibility and influence.

This role is focused on running an efficient, organised and high-performing workshop. You'll be responsible for coordinating workflow, supporting technicians, managing workshop administration, overseeing staff rostering and training, and ensuring the workshop operates to the highest standards of safety, productivity and presentation.

The Role

As Workshop Manager, you will:

- Coordinate and allocate work to maximise workshop efficiency and productivity

- Manage daily workshop operations, workflow and job scheduling

- Oversee technician rostering, leave planning and team coordination

- Identify training and development opportunities for workshop staff

- Monitor workshop performance, efficiency and productivity metrics

- Ensure job cards, documentation and administrative processes are completed accurately

- Coordinate parts requirements and sublet repairs

- Maintain high standards of workshop organisation, cleanliness and safety

- Lead toolbox meetings and support performance management activities

- Work closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts and Management teams to deliver outstanding results

About You

To be successful, you will have:

- Previous experience in a Workshop Controller or similar automotive operations role





- Strong leadership, organisational and time management skills

- Experience coordinating teams and managing workshop workflow

- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement

- Strong administration and computer skills

- A solid understanding of workplace health and safety requirements

- A current driver's licence
