The Opportunities

You will join well-resourced construction teams delivering premium medium to high-rise residential developments, with responsibility for coordinating finishing trades and maintaining exceptional standards of quality.

Working closely with experienced Site Managers and project teams, you will manage short-term programmes, coordinate subcontractors, oversee quality assurance and drive the successful completion and handover of high-quality apartments.





These opportunities are particularly well suited to experienced Melbourne Foremen who are accustomed to working within sophisticated Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction environments and take genuine pride in delivering an exceptional finished product.

About You

- Extensive experience as a Finishing Foreman on medium to high-rise residential developments.

- A strong background with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 principal contractor or established developer-builder.

- Excellent technical knowledge of internal finishes, construction sequencing and quality assurance.

- Proven ability to coordinate multiple finishing trades and maintain demanding construction programmes.

- Strong leadership, communication and subcontractor management skills.

- A demonstrated history of successful project delivery, strong employment tenure and excellent skilled references.

- A genuine willingness to relocate to South East Queensland.
