About the Role
Operating within a national Talent Acquisition team responsible for delivering recruitment outcomes across multiple business portfolios. As a trusted recruitment partner, you'll:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles
- Partner closely with hiring leaders to provide strategic talent advice and market insights
- Deliver exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences
- Drive recruitment outcomes within a high-volume environment while maintaining quality and compliance
- Coach, mentor and support recruiters across the team
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and recruitment best practice
- Help create consistency, structure and accountability across recruitment delivery
- Play a key role in building team capability and fostering a positive,

About You
You are an experienced recruiter who brings credibility, commercial thinking and a genuine passion for helping others succeed. You're comfortable operating at pace, building trusted relationships, and navigating complexity with confidence. You'll ideally bring:

- Significant experience in agency, internal or RPO recruitment environments
- Proven success managing end-to-end recruitment across high-volume or complex portfolios
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability
- Ability to influence and partner with leaders at varying levels
- Experience mentoring, coaching or leading recruiters
- A collaborative leadership style and willingness to share knowledge
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Commitment to quality, process and delivering outstanding candidate experiences
- Previous team leadership experience is highly regarded, however we are equally interested in experienced recruiters who have demonstrated leadership through mentoring, coaching and influencing others.
