About the role

Etheridge Ford is seeking a personable Saturday Receptionist to join our team in our Ringwood, Victoria location. As the first point of contact for our customers, this part-time role is critical in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Key responsibilities

- Greeting and welcoming visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Answering and directing incoming calls to the appropriate department or team member

- Managing the front desk and reception area to maintain an organised and tidy workspace

- Providing administrative support, including data entry, filing, and general office duties

- Assisting with the coordination of schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements

- Responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service

- Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc tasks as required

About you

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour

- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail





- Proficiency in using standard office software, including Microsoft Office applications

- A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
